Product Introduction
Due to the buried nature of the steel jacketed insulation elbow, the waterproof performance requirements for the pipeline are relatively strict.
The steel jacketed insulation elbow uses welded connections due to its high strength, ensuring very reliable waterproof sealing performance. Additionally, its high-temperature resistance is unmatched by other external protective pipes. In areas with high groundwater levels, to ensure that groundwater does not affect the normal operation of the steam direct-buried pipeline, the outer protective layer should use a sturdy, sealed steel pipe shell.
The structure of the steel jacketed insulation elbow is divided into inner sliding type and outer sliding type based on the sliding method.
1. Inner sliding type: The insulation structure consists of the working steel pipe, aluminum silicate, drag reduction layer, microporous calcium silicate, insulation layer, stainless steel fastening steel belt, aluminum foil reflective layer, polyurethane insulation layer, outer steel pipe, and outer anti-corrosion layer.
2. Outer sliding type: The insulation structure consists of the working steel pipe, glass wool insulation layer, aluminum foil reflective layer, stainless steel fastening belt, sliding guide bracket, air insulation layer, outer protective steel pipe, and outer anti-corrosion layer. The designed bending radius of the steel jacketed direct-buried insulation elbow is generally not less than three times the nominal diameter of the working elbow, but it can also be designed according to the outer jacket elbow.
