They use polyurethane foam insulation technology. Polyurethane foam has good mechanical properties and thermal insulation performance, typically withstanding temperatures up to 120°C; through modification or combination with other insulating materials, it can withstand temperatures up to 180°C. The structure of prefabricated direct-buried insulated pipe fittings mainly consists of three layers: the first layer is the steel pipe fitting itself; the second layer is polyurethane foam, which provides insulation and supports the weight of the thermal network; the third layer is polyethylene, which serves as waterproofing and corrosion protection. These fittings are widely used in centralized heating, cooling, and hot oil transportation, as well as insulation and refrigeration projects in greenhouses, cold storage, coal mines, petroleum, chemical industries, and more.
