Product Introduction
The external 3PE anti-corrosion steel jacket insulated steel pipe features high strength, resistance to damage, and the ability to withstand substantial upper loads. To ensure long service life, the external steel jacket requires anti-corrosion treatment. The prefabricated direct-buried polyurethane insulated pipe consists of an outer protective steel pipe with anti-corrosion treatment, a polyurethane foam insulation layer, and an inner working steel pipe. The steel jacketed steam composite insulated pipe is suitable for transporting steam or other media below 350 degrees Celsius. This product uses a steel pipe as the outer protective layer, characterized by high strength, resistance to damage, ease of construction and maintenance, and long service life. Regarding drilling and grouting inspection standards, the sonic transmission method is used to detect hydraulic quality; according to design requirements, sonic tubes should be embedded. For hydraulic piles with diameters roughly between 120cm and 180cm, three sonic tubes need to be embedded; for hydraulic piles just reaching 120cm in diameter, two sonic tubes are required. In conventional designs, the outer diameter of the steel pipe used is generally 50-60mm with a certain thickness, and additional casing pipes are welded on-site during construction. Common insulation material is rigid polyurethane foam plastic, suitable for temperatures ranging from -185 to 120°C. This material is soft in texture; to enhance its strength, a high-density polyethylene layer is applied outside the insulation layer, forming a composite material structure to prevent groundwater from penetrating the insulation layer. High-pressure integrated polyurethane foaming equipment is used to perform shot blasting rust removal on the steel pipe's outer surface and corona treatment on the inner surface of the protective pipe, improving the bonding performance of the insulated pipe.
