Steel jacketed steel steam insulated pipe consists of an outer protective steel pipe combined with steel pipe anti-corrosion, polyurethane foam insulation layer, and inner working steel pipe.
1. Anti-corrosion layer: Protects the outer steel pipe from corrosive substances, extending the service life of the steel pipe.
2. Outer protective steel pipe: Protects the insulation layer from groundwater erosion, supports the working pipe, and can withstand certain external loads to ensure the normal operation of the working pipe.
3. Polyurethane foam layer: Ensures the medium temperature and keeps the outer protective pipe surface at normal temperature.
4. Barrier and reflective layer: Prevents organic foam material from entering the inorganic rigid high-temperature resistant layer; reflects part of the heat from the high-temperature resistant layer.
5. Inorganic rigid insulation layer: High temperature resistant, ensures the interface temperature between the organic insulation layer, and prevents the foam from carbonizing.
6. Friction reduction layer: Ensures the free thermal expansion and contraction movement of the working steel pipe.
7. Working steel pipe: Ensures the normal flow of the transported medium.Steel jacketed steel steam insulated pipes are suitable for transporting steam or other media below 2.5MPa and 350 degrees Celsius.
