Product Introduction
The overhead insulated steel pipe uses a single insulation material layer or a composite layer of multiple insulation materials, with the outer protective pipe made of steel or fiberglass reinforced plastic. The overhead insulated steel pipe essentially originates and develops from two forms derived from direct-buried hot water pipelines and trenches, roughly divided into inner sliding type and outer sliding type.
The overhead insulated steel pipe with an inner fixed structure has great advantages. According to different outer protective pipes, it can be divided into steel-on-steel structure and steel-on-steel composite structure. Practice has proven that the plastic-sleeved steel structure is no longer suitable for the characteristics of steam insulation pipes and has basically been phased out. A gap should be left between the outer sleeve pipe and the insulation structure layer to provide further insulation.
