Product Introduction
The internal and external coated composite steel pipe is made from welded steel pipe as the base material, using processes such as sandblasting chemical dual pretreatment, preheating, internal and external coating, curing, and post-treatment to produce a steel-plastic composite pipe. It has excellent comprehensive performance, strong corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, good chemical stability and water resistance, and functions such as drag reduction, anti-corrosion, pressure resistance, and antibacterial properties. It is generally not restricted by the transported medium, and the coating layer has a strong bond with the steel. Coating material: epoxy resin (EP), suitable for working environments below 80°C. The steel pipe coating has high adhesion, high hardness, good impact resistance, and good chemical corrosion resistance.
